Application example: Degreasing Baths
General Description
- Milling sheet steel can produce ultra-fine ferrous particles, which are then rinsed off in the degreasing bath
- These particles impair the degreasing process and accumulate on the belt as well as in pipes and tanks/containers along the entire process chain
Requirements for Separation
- Required: Separation of fine iron particles in order to ensure constant operating conditions
- In addition: Constant and low concentration of solid particles for use in the degreasing bath (particularly important during ultrafiltration)
